just cuz

i rarely get the opportunity to make something just because.. every week i have an order and it is sometimes difficult to fit in extras! i made this cake to bring to work and have my work buds enjoy a slice! this is just a simple little cake but on the inside, is so much drama! the cake has bacardi 151 and spiced rum and the icing is not innocent.. it has light rum... rum=yum! the silver dragees' add some drama also!

wild about cheer

my little renee (her real name is rylee) is a competitive cheerleader for WAC (wild about cheer).. they are having their annual banquet and the theme is denim and diamonds.. i made all of the sweets with white and silver accents and gotta have cookies... those diamond ring cookies came in handy for this event also! the table looked so gorgeous!

shane and ashlee are tying the knot in las vegas and the ceremony will have a very special guest... elvis!

we had quite a feast.. fried turkey, steak fries, fried pickles, earl cambell links, chips, dips and of course sweets! i made sweetheart brownie bites, engagement ring and vegas style cookies.

easter treats

what is the finishing touch to an easter basket.. not the chocolate bunny! cute cookies! i had so many orders i had to call in for back-up! ang was more than willing to help with this large task! we made sheep, ducks, eggs, crosses and flowers (not pictured)

some orders were bagged.. green easter grass and a few jelly beans tied off wth raffia.. others were just an assortment for the easter desser table..

we made over 300 cookies, and yes we were pooped!

my friend greg is turning 30 and his wonderful wife is throwing a casino themed evening of wagering and whiskey! she really wanted a cake to be crative and reflect the party's theme.

what is a party without cookies? gotta have those too!

olivia is turning 1 and preston is turning 2! they are cousins with the SAME birthdate! how fun to have a big party together!!

olivia loves ducks, preston loves horses = perfect for the party theme!

since olivia is turning 1 she needs a smash cake!

also they needed special trats to give to all of their friends and family that joined them today... decorated cookies make any age happy!!
